Since the virus has been reported to be spread through the respiratory drops, these are droplets that come from the mouth of an infected person and can be inhaled by other people through airborne transmission or direct contact. Therefore, it becomes very important that people wear masks to protect themselves from this deadly virus.

But at the same time, it should also be noted that people should only wear a mask around someone they suspect is infected and not necessarily wear it wherever they go. Healthy people do not always have to wear a mask, and their purchase of masks causes a shortage of masks for caregivers who need it more because they are always in contact with infected people.

Therefore, do not always wear a mask, but wear it in case you come into contact with someone who is infected or suspected of being infected.

Diet is the basic part of human life and therefore it is not a hyped statement that everything that has to do with the human body revolves around the diet you take.

Therefore, in the fight against the coronavirus, always keep in mind that you should not take raw foods like raw meat, raw eggs or even raw vegetables and cook your food thoroughly and avoid white sugar.

Second, one can take foods that boost our immunity, such as intake of foods rich in vitamin C (orange, amla, etc.), ginger, garlic, coconut oil, oregano, tulsi, nuts and seeds such as almonds, cashew, pumpkin seeds , sunflower seeds.
